Hello! So here is my first of many workout posts :)

THE PLANK CHALLENGE WORKOUT
- 1min Plank
- 30 Push Ups
- 3/4 Mile Run
- 1min Plank
- 30 Burpees w/o Push Up (don’t know what this is? see video below)
- 1/2 Mile Run
- 1min Plank
- 30 Squats
- 1/4 Mile Run
- 1min Plank
- 30 Sit Ups
